Colin
General Manager
Colin’s journey in the moulding industry began in 1993 in the shipping department, where his love for woodworking first took root. Having always enjoyed building furniture — from tables to entertainment units — he quickly recognized the craft and creativity the industry offered.
When the opportunity arose in 2012 to partner in acquiring Rise and Run Manufacturing, it was a natural next step. The company was rebranded as Trueline Moulding, and many of Colin’s former co-workers joined him.
Since then, Trueline has grown steadily in both sales and staff, driven by a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. The company has pioneered new veneer laminating methods, introduced cutting-edge mono stringer stair installations, and developed creative ways to repurpose wood waste. Colin’s strategic approach has also fostered systems that enhance efficiency and streamline workflows across the organization.
For Colin, woodworking is more than a profession — it’s a craft he’s proud to champion. He thrives on seeing ideas take shape and become reality, and his leadership philosophy is simple yet powerful: when people put themselves first and care for their own well-being, they help build a healthy, thriving culture. With deep family ties to the forestry and wood industries — from his father’s and uncles’ careers in forest services — Colin carries forward a legacy of craftsmanship and integrity.
